Renaissance assist property professional by identifying potential environmental hazards at single properties or across portfolios, reducing associated liability to an acceptable level, identifying opportunities and improving asset value. We can undertake environmental data analysis to highlight the risk of knowledge gaps, conduct financial impact analysis through probabilistic or deterministic modelling and design an environmental property management strategy.
Fees will vary from project to project, but Renaissance generally charge £60 per hour for most involvement that has not been specifically quoted.

The Renaissance team generally starts by understanding a company's risk profile and appetite, then builds an appropriate strategy or assessment to match the company’s aspirations. Environmental management strategies often involve data capture, risk analysis and management solutions through contract, engineering or insurance.
Property sale
Renaissance can assist in the sale (or purchase) of distressed property assets. Our aim is usually to reduce liability and improve profit, but protecting corporate image is also frequently essential. We achieve this through research, focused presentation of property information, identifying valuably future use prospects, risk manipulation or mitigation, presentation to appropriate markets and contractual negotiation. Contractual assistance
Renaissance personnel have experience working alongside solicitors during contract preparation for contaminated or potentially contaminated properties. We are therefore happy to assist solicitors in wording environmental clauses for contract documentation, ensuring that important aspects are not compromised but irrelevant ‘concerns’ are used wisely in negotiation.
Interim management
Where companies require some dedicated environmental management within their team, but do not have such a resource or need it only for a limited project, the requirement can be outsourced to Renaissance. This can be done on a ‘piece work’ basis, on predetermined contract or through various flexible arrangements.
