Homebuyer's Review
The Groundsure Homebuyer’s offers professional opinion as to the potential environmental risk at residential properties. The report contains a ‘Pass/Fail’ certificate, as well as the supporting data and additional information such as risk from coal mining and radon gas.
The Homebuyer’s is available from Renaissance at a price of £46.00 inclusive of VAT. Uniquely, this is below the RRP to give Renaissance customers a competitive advantage.
Planning Review
The Planning Review offers an excellent indication of whether a property will benefit or suffer from its surroundings. The report includes such items as local planning applications, radon gas, mobile phone masts, crime statistics, prisons, medical services, schools (including performance indicators), public facilities, transport and infrastructure, attractions, parks/reserves and potentially irritating commerce.
These reports offer an exceptional insight into the local area and are available for only £25.00 inclusive of VAT.
Flood Report
The Flood Report gives a more detailed insight into the issue of flooding for a residential property. The report gives an assessment of flood risk, maps of potential flood risk and an important insight into the insurability of a property against flooding.
The Flood Report is offered at £23.00 inclusive of VAT.
