Our reports are easy to order via our web ordering page, telephone, e-mail or fax: all we need is the address and we will do the rest. There is no need to map-out the site location when ordering, we don’t expect our customers to take responsibility for this process. Any plans or support documentation can be attached to the order on the online order page or sent under separate cover. We can also advise which report is best for a particular property or situation at the time you place an order. Again, we don’t expect the customer to make this decision if they don’t feel comfortable in doing so. As an extra measure, where we notice an order has been mis-placed or is not totally appropriate for the situation, we will contact you to discuss the best option.
Renaissance is unique in that we produce all our reports manually, rather than using automated systems that result, at best, in a limited set of standardised recommendations, and at worst, in considerable unnecessary expense and delay through inaccurate conclusions. All our reports therefore undergo full expert analysis by an experienced consultant to produce the highest level of interpretation and most detailed recommendations available; and all this in plain English.
The manual assessment produces fewer recommendations for additional work, reduces delay and prevents complication. In those circumstances where further work is recommended, our rates for those services are highly competitive. We also offer a much wider scope of additional work than the automated searches, as we recommend whatever is most efficient and apposite for the circumstances, rather than stick to standard procedures.
