Our products are designed to be clear and easy to use, with only the salient factors included on a property by property basis. Commercial and agricultural reports are based on the market leading Landmark data and historic maps for the clearest and most accurate results.
Handwritten Reports
Renaissance is unique, producing all our reports manually, rather than using automated systems or computer algorithms. Automated reports result in a limited set of standardised recommendations which can cause considerable expense and delay through inaccurate conclusions. Our reports undergo full expert analysis by an experienced IEMA qualified consultant to produce the highest level of interpretation and most detailed recommendations available. All this in plain English.
The manual assessment produces fewer recommendations for additional work, reduces delay and prevents complication. Where further work is recommended, the report will state what actions are most apposite for the circumstances, rather than stick to standard procedures.We also offer a much wider scope for additional work than the automated searchs and our rates for those services are highly competitive.

This gives you the most accurate environmental reports at no additional cost. Such factors include changing regulation, specific local knowledge, trade publications and the results of conversations with local authorities.
Unique Range of Searches
We respond to the ever changing needs of our clients, which is why we devised specialist reports such as the Farm Risk Review, Development Risk Review and Petrol Filling Station report.
For example, realising existing commercial reports were inadequate for dealing with the unique requirements of farms and estates, we created our bespoke agricultural search in 2004. Based on full historic maps and the best environmental data, our consultants assess the land whilst taking into account pertinent issues such as land use, yields and water resources. Despite these added extras, our Farm Risk Review remains by far the least expensive in the market.
Ordering Reports
Our reports are very easy to order via our single screen web ordering page, telephone, e-mail or fax. All we need is the address and we will do the rest. There is no need to map-out the site location when ordering: we don’t expect our customers to take responsibility for this process. Any plans or support documentation can be attached to the order on the online order page or sent under separate cover. We can also advise which report is best for a particular property or situation at the time you place an order. Again, we don’t expect the customer to make this decision if they don’t feel comfortable doing so. As an extra measure, where we notice an order has been mis-placed or is not totally appropriate for the situation, we will contact you to discuss the best option.
