Residential Flood Report
The Flood Report gives a detailed insight into the issue of flooding for a residential property. The report gives an assessment of river and coastal flood risk, maps of potential flood risk, a view on the susceptibility for groundwater flooding, and an important insight into the insurability of a property against flooding.
This report is designed for residential and single properties, but in our view it is suitable as an initial assessment tool for small commercial properties and small to medium rural properties and land. We will often recommend this report for a variety of situations. We will advise on the best product for your particular property.
The Flood Report is offered at £24.50 inclusive of VAT.
Flood Risk Review - (Commercial & Agricultural)
This product is new to the Renaissance range and fills the gap between residential and a small property flood assessment and the bespoke Flood Risk Assessment used for full planning consent. It is a very thorough flood assessment particularly suited to larger property, development land and farms or estates of practically any size.
The report gives a variety of risk profiles and comment for fluvial (river), tidal, pluvial (rainfall), and groundwater flooding. The report is based on the best available data and maps and includes a computer modelled map range and insurance claim history as well as all the standard flooding predictions.
The Flood Risk Review represents excellent value and is available at the following rates: 0-25 Ha £180; 25-50 Ha £230; 50+ Ha £280; 50+ Ha requiring more than one data and map pack: from £420 (please request quotation). Prices are subject to VAT.
Flood Risk Assessment - (Development & Planning)
The Renaissance Flood Risk Assessment is different from anything else on the market. Like so much of our work, we realise there is not a 'one-size-fits-all' solution to flood assessment. Generic information is readily available, as is detailed and highly priced flood modelling and quantitative analysis. Often, what is required, particularly at the planning stage, falls somewhere between these two approaches.
Our product is always generated in liaison with the local authority for efficiency, accuracy and attempts to answer the issue of flood hazard in the most concise manner.
