Environmental Search Reports
Renaissance is the only environmental consultancy that does not automate the production of their environmental search reports with computer algorithms. This results in more pragmatic, accurate and property-specific reports that save our clients time and money. Where potential environmental problems are identified, we can provide all additional services such as site inspection surveys or intrusive, soil sampling investigations (Phase II). The long experience that our team has had ‘on the coal face’ means that these will be designed and provided in the most effective and cost-efficient way possible.
Consultancy
Renaissance provides the full range of environmental consulting services, from quantifying contamination at single properties to strategic consulting and portfolio risk management. We consistently provide excellence with ease of use, structuring our services to provide non-environmental professionals with meaningful advice. We are both proactive and reactive in our approach, offering advice to ensure the service provided is the right one for our client's situation.
Property Trading
Renaissance undertakes various property trading activities, from outright purchase to maximising asset value at point of sale. Renaissance property trading activities vary for every situation, as we do not apply a standard template to each project in which we are involved. Instead, we use our experience to create fresh initiatives and unlock previously hidden value.
Renaissance involvement varies from outright purchase of property, through remedial funding and deal structuring to property sales. We are happy to get involved with properties of any size, condition or location but specialise in the difficult or highly contaminated. Renaissance is also happy to consider properties blighted by asbestos.
